Help employees make a seamless transition back to work after parental leave.

New Parent Return to Work Coaching facilitates successful reintegration of employees following a parental leave by supporting both the employee and his or her manager. Eligible employees are provided up to three sessions of individual telephonic sessions with a coach. These sessions focus on practical and emotional issues faced by new parents, such as feelings of guilt for returning to work, changes in the marriage, family dynamics, and caregiving concerns. Managers of employees planning parental leave are also encouraged to participate in one session to learn how they can support the employee and minimize disruption to the business. The service may be complemented with manager training.
